Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about a product prior to ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at  meadowandmossessentials@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to resolve it.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Meadow and Moss will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect items.
